Support

JiSpeak needs microphone access so you can talk to the tutor. Go to iPhone Settings → JiSpeak, turn on Microphone, then reopen the app. If you use Bluetooth headphones, try disconnecting them and testing with the iPhone microphone.

A report needs enough of your speech to analyse. If you spoke for less than about 30 seconds in a session, no report is created. Reports are usually ready about a minute after the session ends, and you get a notification if notifications are on. If a longer session still has no report, check your connection and reopen the app.

If you changed phones or reinstalled the app, sign in, open the Pro screen and tap Khôi phục giao dịch mua (Restore purchases). Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID you used to buy Pro.

Pro is managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JiSpeak and tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open Cài đặt (Settings) in the app to choose a male or female tutor voice and to change your level, goals, interests or reminder time. Changes apply from your next session.

Free: 10 minutes per day for the first 7 days, then 5 minutes per day. Pro: 300 minutes per month, up to 15 minutes per session. See the Terms of Use for details.

In the app go to Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản (Settings → Delete account). See what is deleted on the Delete your account page.
